Referrals can be made via the following:

For patients with ear conditions (excluding wax impaction and otitis external or outer ear infections, or active ear discharge) – it is best to have an audiogram and tympanometry done for the patient prior to their clinic visit, with a copy for the patient to bring to their appointment. 
 
Dr Jardeleza’s office can also organise urgent referrals for patients needing to be seen sooner.
 
 

Upcoming Practice Information

I wish to advise that as of Monday 5th of August 2024, I am opening a new clinic located at Riverina Consulting Rooms, 36 Docker Street, Wagga Wagga. I have been practising in Wagga Wagga since mid-2019 and have now settled here permanently. I am enjoying living and practising in a regional area.
